• STAR SAN: Star San is what sanitizes your Cooler Keg system. This is the step after PBW in the cleaning process. Star San is an acid-based, high foaming sanitizer to sanitize all the nooks and crannies of the Cooler Keg system. It's effective, easy to use, and the go-to for pros and beginners alike.
• NUMBER OF USES: Star San will sanitize your kegs between 48-96 times. The range depends on if you reuse the solution in both kegs (which takes longer but uses less water and Star San) or if you clean both kegs at the same time (quicker, but uses more water and Star San).
• DILUTION RATIO: Mix 10 ml of Star San to 1 keg (1.67 gal) of water.
• NO RINSE: Star San sanitizer requires no rinsing when used at the recommended dilution. Simply pour out any excess and let dry.
• SAFE FOR SEPTIC: Star San is biodegradable, odorless and will not harm your septic system! It’s recommended to have water running when the Starsan is poured down the drain to ensure it is heavily diluted.
